Description
EAM-Mosca Corp. is hiring a full-time Extruder Maintenance Lead in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania, to lead shift-level maintenance for end-of-line automated packaging machinery. The role coordinates daily maintenance work, responds to equipment breakdowns and after-hours issues, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and conveyors, executes preventive maintenance, manages work orders and spare parts, and supports production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, PLC knowledge, and the ability to work independently and physically for extended periods.
