The Extruder Operator operates an extruder according to work orders and shift-supervisor requirements, performs setup and conversion work, prepares and supplies materials, handles transport, warehousing, and labeling, conducts quality checks, cleans machines and halls, and documents production processes. The role requires willingness to work in a two- to three-shift system, hands-on material-preparation experience, transport and warehousing experience, basic quality-inspection knowledge, and a careful, reliable working style.
