HSM is hiring an Extruder Tech, 3rd Shift in Hickory, North Carolina, Monday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 A.M. The role operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and performs basic maintenance on extrusion machinery; handles materials and finished goods; conducts quality checks; supports safety, Lean, production records, and new-product development. The position pays $20.00 per hour base plus a $3.00 per hour shift differential, with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. Foam extrusion and forklift experience are preferred, and the role requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and temporary schedule adjustments.
