Description
The Extrusion Lead I supports the daily operation, setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of extrusion production lines for acrylic, polycarbonate, and other thermoplastic products. The role coordinates production associates, maintenance, quality assurance, and supervision; monitors line performance and production targets; supports training, safety, handoffs, and corrective actions; and prepares the employee for advancement to an Extrusion Lead position. The position is based at 1770 Joyce Ave, Columbus, Ohio, pays $23.00 USD per hour, and requires a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.
