The employer is hiring an Extrusion Machine Operator to work directly at modern extrusion plants. Responsibilities include operating and setting up machines, loading production facilities, monitoring production, inspecting finished plastic parts, checking quality and dimensions, resolving minor malfunctions, and ensuring smooth production. The role offers a permanent employment contract, €16.00–€18.00+ hourly wage plus allowances, night-shift and collective-agreement allowances, a PlusCard, workwear, vacation, training opportunities, and a long-term career perspective. Applicants should have a driver’s license and own vehicle, be willing to work in 3/4 shifts, and have technical understanding and a reliable working style; production, plastics, warehousing, or technology experience is an advantage.
