Description
Boyd is hiring an on-site Extrusion Operator in Elkhart, Indiana. The role operates extrusion machines, produces and inspects quality parts and materials, adjusts machine settings, reports equipment failures, completes shift paperwork, and supports overtime as needed. No prior experience is required because on-the-job training is provided, but candidates should have strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work a 10-hour shift involving physical activity. A high school diploma or GED equivalent and prior extrusion experience are preferred but not required.
