Inteplast Group is hiring an Extrusion Operator to set up, operate, monitor, adjust, clean, and maintain blown film extruders, silicone coaters, and slitter/rewinders used to produce and coat flat films from synthetic materials. The role involves inspecting and measuring products, recording production data, troubleshooting malfunctions, changing machine components, handling materials, and meeting customer specifications and production timeframes. It requires physical work including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with availability for holidays, overtime, and non-standard work hours. Paid apprenticeship training, a sign-on and retention bonus, and relocation assistance are offered.
