Description
The Extrusion Operator sets up, operates, monitors, and troubleshoots blown-film extruders, silicone coaters, slitter/rewinders, and related production equipment. The role involves adjusting machine controls, measuring materials and products, clearing jams, recording production data, maintaining dies and molds, and moving materials between work areas. Applicants must be able to work holidays and overtime, stand, bend, squat, and lift 30 pounds, and be eligible to work in the United States. The position offers a sign-on and retention bonus of up to $1,250, relocation assistance of up to $2,500, and paid apprenticeship training.
