Description
IPG is hiring a full-time Extrusion Operator for its Shrink – Extrusion department. The role operates, maintains, and controls the Blown Line to produce high-quality WIP rolls, adjusts process settings and die bolts, monitors quality, performs film-sample tests, and maintains a safe work environment. The position is on a rotating 2-2-3 night-shift crew and requires mechanical troubleshooting, basic math and computer skills, effective communication, independent work, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
