Description
The Extrusion Operator will safely operate and monitor blown film extrusion lines in a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, quality and output monitoring, production-data recording, minor troubleshooting, material-blend and machine-setup checks, housekeeping, safety compliance, and communication with supervisors. The role requires prior extrusion or blown-film manufacturing experience, basic measurement and documentation skills, attention to quality, reliable attendance, the ability to work 12-hour shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
