Engineered Profiles LLC is hiring an Extrusion Operator to set up, operate, tear down, inspect, and report on plastic extrusion lines producing custom extruded profiles. The role works on a 12-hour rotating day shift from 5:50 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with starting pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour and potential earnings of up to $33 per hour after training and strong performance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, familiarity with extrusion raw materials, and the ability to use precision measuring instruments; manufacturing or technical experience is desirable.
