Extrusion Operator Trainee Nights at Engineered Profiles

Engineered Profiles LLC is hiring an Extrusion Operator to set up, operate, tear down, and monitor plastic extrusion lines producing custom extruded profiles. The role includes equipment setup, startup and adjustment, safety and housekeeping, quality checks, SPC data entry, packaging, and production reporting. It is an hourly non-exempt position on a two-week rotating night shift, with starting pay of $18.00–$22.05 per hour plus a 10% shift differential; skilled operators can earn up to $33 per hour after training. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing or technical experience is desirable, and candidates must have mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and knowledge of extrusion raw materials.
