Plaskolite is hiring a full-time Extrusion Process Engineer in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to support the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of its extrusion manufacturing processes. The role leads root-cause investigations, develops SOPs, collaborates with R&D and cross-functional teams, supports capital projects, troubleshoots equipment and production issues, improves quality and productivity, and provides technical guidance to production staff. The position requires a BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering and 4–6 years of industrial process engineering experience, with a salary range of $85,000–$130,000 USD and health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
