Description
The Extrusion Engineer will design and develop extrusion processes, understand dies and tooling, adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot production failures, validate production reports, conduct polymer laboratory tests, improve output and resin efficiency, support IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 programs, coordinate preventive maintenance, train operations personnel, select materials, and coordinate with suppliers and design engineering. The role requires knowledge of GD&T, materials, and heat treatments, and preferably experience with SolidWorks or process simulation software.
