Description
The Extrusion Supervisor oversees day-to-day extrusion production at Plaskolite’s Zanesville, Ohio facility, directing leads and technicians, managing production output and downtime, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, and Engineering, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, at least seven years of work experience, and three to five years of supervisory experience. It is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with 12-hour 2-2-3 shifts and a pay range of $65,000 to $85,000, plus sign-on and attendance bonuses and health, dental, and vision insurance.
