Description
The Supervisor reports to an Operations Manager and leads assigned lines or work units across the shift, overseeing people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Responsibilities include empowering associates, conducting safety audits and training, coordinating with Quality and Engineering, scheduling manufacturing resources, improving operational effectiveness, communicating production variations, and ensuring compliance with documented procedures. The role requires a bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant experience, at least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience, ERP and Microsoft Office knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma exposure; metals industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred.
