Description
The Extrusion Operator works the third shift Monday through Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with possible Saturday scheduling, and performs extrusion-related tasks including loading and starting Age Ovens, operating an overhead crane, removing press scrap, staging racks, loading metal and spacers, operating a stretcher, and monitoring parts for over- or under-stretch. The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, a skills-based test, the ability to read shop orders and use a tape measure, forklift operation, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $22.40 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, with medical, dental, life, 401(k), paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, and accrued PTO benefits.
