Luxfer MEL Technologies is hiring a full-time Extrusions Press Operator / Press Driver for its Manchester production team in Swinton, Greater Manchester. The role operates extrusion press equipment in the weld rod extrusion area, monitors process conditions, performs quality checks, completes traceable production records, follows approved procedures, and maintains safe, reliable production. Experience in manufacturing, extrusion or press operation is preferred, with regulated environments such as AS9100, aerospace, or defence advantageous. The role follows a nominal 24/5 shift pattern and pays £32,954 for days or up to £45,833.74 on 24/5+ shifts, plus a potential bonus.
