Description
Portland Community College is seeking part-time faculty members for the Eye Technician Program at the Cascade Campus. This is an interest pool position, meaning the department will review applications as needs arise throughout the academic year. Candidates should have a current credential as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) or Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT), or a Medical Doctor with AAO certification in Ophthalmology, along with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Ophthalmic Medical Technology or a related field. They must also possess a minimum of five years of clinical work experience in an ophthalmic practice.
