Description
The F-22 Flight Test Engineering Lead manages the design, development, testing, and operational support of F-22 aircraft and related systems at Edwards Air Force Base or other required sites. The role directs a multi-functional team of approximately 14 to 19 engineers, including test discipline and test operations engineers, and oversees flight and ground test missions, aircraft modifications, test fleet readiness, program scheduling, reporting, and employee management. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related STEM field, flight-test and air vehicle engineering experience, technical team leadership, airworthiness knowledge, and an active Secret security clearance or better.
