Description
BAE Systems is hiring an F-35 Lightning II Simulator Instructor Pilot to deliver synthetic and academic training for UK F-35B pilots at the Integrated Training Centre and on deployed operations. The role includes leading ground school lectures and simulator sorties, assessing pilot performance, producing reports, supporting simulator operations, applying front-line tactics and doctrine, and maintaining instructional material and training devices. The position is onsite at RAF Marham with flexible/hybrid arrangements discussed with the recruiter, and requires at least 500 hours as a P1 in an operational fast jet aircraft.
