Apt Resources is hiring an experienced F&B Captain for a 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading the food and beverage service team, delivering high-end guest service, coordinating with kitchen and banquet teams, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards, assisting with training, handling guest issues, and monitoring inventory and stock control. Candidates need 3–5 years of similar F&B Captain experience in a luxury hotel setting, strong communication and leadership skills, English proficiency, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays; hospitality certification is preferred and the candidate must currently be in the UAE.
