Apt Resources is hiring an experienced F&B Controller for a hospitality and food & beverage role in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The position focuses on managing food and beverage financial operations, controlling costs, preparing and analyzing reports, auditing inventory and usage, optimizing menu pricing and portion control, training staff on financial practices, and supporting revenue improvement while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role requires prior experience in F&B or similar financial positions, a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field, strong analytical and Excel skills, financial software proficiency, and the ability to relocate or travel to the DRC.
