Apt Resources is hiring an experienced F&B Controller for a hospitality and food & beverage operation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role focuses on monitoring and controlling F&B costs, preparing financial reports, auditing inventory and supplies, supporting menu pricing and portion control, and providing financial training to staff. The position requires prior experience in F&B or a similar financial role, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and financial software proficiency, and willingness to relocate or travel to the DRC.
