Description
The Developer mentors and coaches servers and back servers, prepares training schedules, opens and closes the club, and performs extensive food and beverage service duties including taking orders, describing menu items, setting stations, handling payments, monitoring guest satisfaction, maintaining sanitation and safety, and assisting with inventory and equipment. The role requires some high school education, basic computer skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, at least 18 years of age, and a minimum of three years of prior serving experience in a quality club, hotel, or restaurant, with one year in a lead server role preferred.
