Description
The Food & Beverage Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees food and beverage operations across outlets, managing staff performance, customer service, quality control, budgets, costs, inventory, procurement, supplier relationships, menu planning, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, 3–5 years of food and beverage operations experience, strong food safety and leadership knowledge, budget and revenue-management skills, and proficiency with POS systems and operational reporting tools.
