Description
The F&B Reservations Officer assists the Reservations Manager by managing restaurant and third-party reservation systems, following up on bookings, maintaining SevenRooms data, monitoring demand and occupancy, coordinating with outlets and departments, handling guest complaints, and supporting sales and revenue goals. The role also develops officer productivity targets, leads monthly meetings, and contributes to forecasting and system maintenance. A professional certificate or NiTEC is required, while hotel reservations experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
