The staffing agency is seeking an F&B Trainee (m/w/d) for a full-time, approximately 150-person exclusive wellness resort on Lake Tegernsee. The 18-month program provides insight into food and beverage areas, partner hotels, hands-on departmental support, administrative assistance in F&B management, and individual projects. Candidates need completed hotel or restaurant training, first professional experience in upscale hospitality, a career goal in F&B, strong follow-through, fluent German, contract-ready English, and a service-oriented, quality-focused approach.
