Description
The role performs detailed electrical failure analysis on returned (RMA) and internal production-fallout units, determines root causes using methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D, and produces failure-analysis reports within agreed turnaround times. It collaborates with manufacturing, quality, design, engineering, and customer teams to improve product reliability, while operating, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting failure-analysis equipment. Candidates need a relevant electrical, electronics, optoelectronics, or telecommunications engineering degree; 2–5+ years of relevant technical experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome. Strong electronics, embedded-systems, semiconductor, optical-device, circuit-diagram, quality-tool, communication, analytical, and reporting skills are requested.
