Flex is hiring a FA Manager in Shenzhen to lead a product engineering and failure analysis team for next-generation high-power supply and battery-backup units. The role covers early-stage failure analysis, solution and equipment development, industrialization support, mass-production troubleshooting, training, customer system analysis, and resolution of engineering issues. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in power electronics, electrical, or automation; 10+ years of engineering or design experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience; strong power electronics and failure-analysis knowledge; and fluent English.
