Description
The Fabrication Operator operates fabrication equipment, produces high-quality parts and extrusions, maintains established net rates, and packages unfinished or finished goods. The role includes quality and safety responsibilities, accurate shop-recordkeeping, training new employees, light material handling, and other assigned duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing or technical experience is desirable; the position also requires basic measuring, blueprint-reading, communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds frequently.
