Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is hiring a FAB Machine Operator for the first shift. The role performs technical fabrication operations using metal-processing machinery, including machine setup, operation, work-order interpretation, quality inspection, equipment maintenance, paperwork, and on-the-job training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, computer skills, safe work habits, and the ability to work without direct supervision and overtime; machining, DMM, blueprint-reading, and fabrication experience are preferred. The position pays $21.00 per hour and is limited to candidates within 50 miles of the work location.
