Raxium is hiring a Fab Process Engineering Lead in Silicon Valley to own semiconductor process engineering areas, drive the wafer fab roadmap, improve lithography and etch module stability, optimize production efficiency, and manage an engaged engineering team. The role requires a master's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of semiconductor process engineering experience, and 7 years of technical leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D., Six Sigma Black Belt, high-volume fab experience, optoelectronic device fabrication, and senior stakeholder management. Compensation is $236,000–$329,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
