The role involves reading blueprints, measuring and preparing components, selecting welding methods, performing manual and semi-automatic welding in various positions, repairing machinery, conducting visual and vacuum-box examinations, maintaining equipment, and following safety procedures. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be eligible to work in the United States, hold a valid driver’s license, pass stick and flux-core welding tests, and be able to lift 50 pounds.
