The role involves analyzing equipment performance and downtime data, coordinating reliability and improvement projects, developing performance dashboards and best-known methods, and partnering with Tool Owners, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Suppliers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, equivalent engineering and semiconductor experience, more than two years of semiconductor reliability and maintenance experience, and familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma.
