Micron Technology is hiring a Fab Support Equipment Engineer to optimize and develop pump, abatement, and chiller equipment in semiconductor fabrication. The role focuses on improving product quality, yield, productivity, cost efficiency, and equipment reliability through problem-solving, failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC, and equipment evaluation. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or comparable military experience, at least two years of industry experience, and more than two years of experience with pump, abatement, and chiller equipment for semiconductor products. The position also requires process-area equipment knowledge, automation and coding skills, semiconductor equipment concepts, and strong leadership and project-management abilities.
