Lancer Scott is hiring a Building Maintenance Engineer to provide reactive and remedial building services maintenance for a high-profile client at the University of the West of England. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, sourcing parts and manufacturer support, completing detailed work records, coordinating with the helpdesk, maintaining safety and operational logs, and responding to call-outs across contracts. Candidates need a relevant C&G or NVQ L2/L3 qualification, at least three years of building maintenance experience, broad knowledge of building systems, and a full UK driver’s licence; fire, asbestos, and health and safety qualifications are desirable.
