Primark is hiring a Fabric Manager based in China to lead fabric sourcing, development, innovation, supplier partnerships, and performance across regional supply markets. The role works with fabric mills, yarn suppliers, garment manufacturers, and global Buying, Design, Quality, Sustainability, and Sourcing teams to identify and commercialise fabrics, manage costs and delivery, support seasonal product development, and ensure sustainable and compliant material sourcing. Candidates need 8–10 years of experience in fabric sourcing, development, textile manufacturing, or materials management, along with knowledge of fabric categories, manufacturing processes, commercial negotiation, and supplier management.
