IPG is hiring a Fabric Reeling Machine Operator to take large rolls of fabric, thread and run them through a reeling machine, remove flaws by splicing when necessary, rewind rolls to customer-specified lengths, wrap and identify finished rolls, bundle or palletize as required, tag rolls, conduct quality checks, and clean the work area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing and production knowledge, attention to detail, and teamwork; previous machine-operator experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with physical demands including standing, walking, handling materials, and working near moving mechanical parts.
