Description
The Fabric Technician will perform routine and reactive fabric maintenance, painting, decorating, DIY work, stock handling, lighting replacement, and plant-room upkeep in a London facility. The role also supports engineering and water-management activities, maintains maintenance records, prepares method statements and risk assessments, follows permit-to-work and safety procedures, and provides customer service. The position requires a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 and is intended for someone with less than four years of M&E industry experience, with limited access- and permit-writing authority.
