PCA is hiring a Fabricating Supervisor to oversee machines and personnel performing finishing activities such as folding, gluing, waxing, stripping, and bundling. The role manages shift work orders, production scheduling, employee oversight and development, safety, equipment inspection, quality verification, customer-complaint investigations, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of corrugated manufacturing experience, flexible-hour availability, and U.S. work authorization; some college or manufacturing training and previous supervisory experience are preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $78,000–$98,000, annual bonus, paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
