Description
The Manufacturing Shop Supervisor oversees all operations and personnel in the manufacturing shop, leads quality, safety, efficiency, production scheduling, and continuous improvement, and is responsible for hiring, training, discipline, terminations, payroll, safety, and employee support. The role requires meeting Welder III requirements, familiarity with multiple welding processes, advanced blueprint knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and at least five years of supervisory experience.
