Composition Brands is hiring a full-time Fabrication & Stamping Engineer in Greenville, Michigan, to design, develop, optimize, and continuously improve metal fabrication and stamping processes. The role supports production, quality, maintenance, tooling, and project teams by improving press utilization, cycle times, throughput, safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Responsibilities include stamping process engineering, die and tooling management, fabrication process development, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, and safety compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience in metal stamping and fabrication.
