The role involves operating and troubleshooting equipment, building scalable backend process infrastructure, integrating backend modules with design, test, integration, and packaging teams, and improving yield through process data analysis. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, plus one year each of cleanroom, process-control or electrical-test experience, and hybridization experience.
