Leggett & Platt is hiring an experienced Fabrication Maintenance worker for its LPFP - Salisbury facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. The role supports the maintenance team by fabricating, welding, brazing, soldering, repairing, modifying, and installing equipment and components, assisting mechanics with production repairs, and maintaining an organized work area. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, communication and advanced math skills, the ability to interpret prints and drawings, operational knowledge of hand and power tools, basic equipment repair ability, physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work required Saturdays. Fabrication, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, or basic fabrication experience is preferred.
