Description
Ipsen is hiring a second-shift Sheet Metal Fabricator to coordinate work, set up and operate fabrication machinery, produce parts meeting quality and design specifications, troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and cross-train on multiple machines. The role requires a high school degree or GED, sheet-metal fabrication experience preferred, blueprint and measurement skills, and certification in forklift and overhead-crane operation. The position offers a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift, day-one benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, a 10% shift differential, and a retention bonus opportunity.
