Description
The Fabrication Operator safely operates fabrication equipment to cut, shape, laminate, assemble, and finish expanded foam products. The role includes machine setup, production monitoring, quality inspection, packaging, routine maintenance, documentation, material handling, and participation in continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED and previous manufacturing or fabrication experience are preferred, along with the ability to read production drawings, use measuring tools, and troubleshoot basic equipment. The position requires frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and working in a noisy manufacturing environment.
