Description
GTC is hiring a Night Shift Fabrication Supervisor to lead the fabrication department during the night shift. The role oversees materials, assignments, standard operating procedures, quality inspections, production scheduling, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and team training and performance management. Candidates need at least five years of supervisory experience in aerospace or defense fabrication, a high school diploma, U.S. citizenship, and familiarity with fabrication operations, machinery, Microsoft Office, and electronic time and labor systems. The position offers a 25% night shift differential and an ownership stake for eligible full-time employees.
