Keiser Corporation is hiring a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team producing fitness equipment in Fresno, California. The role oversees quality standards, project timelines, team coaching and training, CNC programming, laser operations, and Lean Manufacturing practices. It requires at least five years of supervisory experience, strong communication, technical problem-solving, and the ability to work a team shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed. Compensation is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, with medical and vision coverage, employer-paid dental coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, and a potential bonus.
