Description
The Fabrication Production Assistant supports the fabrication department by assisting with machine setup and operation, moving materials, operating basic shop equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, inspecting parts, managing scrap and material counts, performing routine maintenance, and following safety procedures. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand and power tools, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a high school diploma or GED and prior fabrication or manufacturing experience are preferred but not required. The stated salary is $18–$22 per hour.
